Mini Estates - Attractive Fence Upgrade

The Mini Estates style is a full privacy economy type fence with framing on one side and a more decorative reverse side. The posts are beveled, routed and revealed on both sides and fascia is attached at the top and bottom of the decorative side.

Materials needed per 8' section of fence

• All cedar lumber
• (1) Post: 4”x4”x10’ (with routed and beveled gothic top revealed above fence;) post is revealed on both sides
• (3) Top, Mid, & Bottom Rails: 2”x4”x8’
• (2) Top & Bottom Fascia Rails: 1”x4”x8’
• (1) Mid Fascia Rail: 1”x6”x8’ (“Move-up” option)
• (1) Top Cap Rail: 2”x4”x8’
• (18) Slats: 1”x6”x6’ (butted)
