Wood Picket Fence

Picket fences are usually 3' or 4' tall, ornate fences meant primarily for aesthetics and to define a property line. Styles vary, but common picket designs are: dog ear top, spear top, or gothic top. Picket fences are often combined with a garden or gate arbor. Posts are typically 4x4 or 6x6 cedar with the option for ornamental post caps.
