Cedar Split Rail Fence

The Split Rail style is an open space fence. This fence is popular on ranch property or if a more rustic look is desired.

Materials needed per 8' section of fence

• All cedar lumber
• (1) Post: approximately 5-7”x5-7”x5 ¼’ or 6 ½’
• (2+) Rails: approximately 3-5” (rails are notched and inserted into post holes)
