Available Fence Material
Cedar is naturally resistant to insects and decay, due to its distinct cell structure and natural organic compounds called thujaplicins. This wonderfully aromatic lumber is the best natural choice for outdoor building. Cedar is also dimensionally stable wood that is far less likely to turn, twist, bend and bow like chemically coated pressure treated lumber. Mother natures natural preservatives in cedar also significantly out perform treated lumber lasting much longer even in the harshest climates. Properly finished and maintained cedar ages gracefully and endures for many years. Cedar is also more readily available than Redwood , performs the same outdoors, and is less expensive.
