“The fence is beautiful. I love it. Also thank you for the good service in getting the job done promptly so I could work on my garden for the Garden Tour.” - N.R., Provo

8' Tall Estates Framing

CFC Fences & Decks recently finished an 8’ tall Cedar Estates Fence in Salt Lake City, Utah. This beautiful wood fence was installed along the back fence line to provide privacy between the two neighboring yards and swimming pools.

An interesting aspect about this project was that a fence needed to be installed on top of a concrete bench next to a unsightly cinder block wall. Our customer first approached our estimator to have a fence installed on only half the back property where there was grass.  Right in front of the cinder block wall was a concrete bench to sit or place your belongings while you swim in the pool. Our customer did mention that they did not like looking at the wall and would like to cover it up but he was not for sure how to go about it.

Our Outdoor Living Specialist Estimator came up with a solution. To have core cuts in the bench to set chain link posts in the concrete bench and then have our installers sleeve custom wood box posts over the chain link posts.  This method of installation would allow a fence to be built in front of wall to cover it up. By installing a 8’ tall fence, it would be taller than the existing cinder block wall which would provide extra privacy for both our customer, and the neighboring property. Both were eager for the summer days when guests could be entertained at both swimming pools.

Our installers installed the 8’ tall Cedar Estates Fence across the back fence line by doing core cuts for the wood box posts for the concrete bench that once proposed a problem, but was resolved by fence experts at CFC Fences & Decks. Daily our fence experts are reaching out to assist customers that desire a new fence to be installed around their properties. CFC Fences & Decks is glad to be a part of the Utah Community by installing beautiful and reliable fences for years to come.

CFC Fences & Decks built for their customer an 8’ tall Cedar Estates Fence in Salt Lake City, Utah. This beautiful wood fence was installed along the back fence line to provide privacy for our customer and the neighbor sharing the property line since both parties have outdoor swimming pools.

An interesting aspect about this project was that a fence needed to be installed on top of a concrete bench next to a unsightly cinder block wall. Our customer first approached our estimator to have a fence installed on only half the back property where there was grass because the other half of the property line had a cinder block wall for a fence and right in front of the cinder block wall was a concrete bench to sit or place your belongings while you swim in the pool. Our customer did mention that they did not like looking at the bad-looking cinder block wall and would like to cover it up but he was not for sure how to go about it. Our Outdoor Living Specialist Estimator had solution to have core cuts in the bench to set chain link posts in the concrete bench and then our installers would sleeve custom wood box posts over the chain link posts.  This method of installation would allow a fence to be built in front of the hideous cinder block wall to cover it up and by installing a 8’ tall fence, it would be taller than the existing cinder block wall for extra privacy that both our customer and neighbor anxiously wanted for the summer days when guests are being entertained at both swimming pools.

Out installers did install the 8’ tall Cedar Estates Fence across all the back fence line with doing core cuts for the wood box posts for the concrete bench that once proposed a problem, but was resolved by fence experts at CFC Fences & Decks. Daily our fence experts are reaching out to assist customers that desire a new fence to be installed around their properties. CFC Fences & Decks is glad to be a part of the Utah Community by installing beautiful and reliable fences for years to come.
